Direct Care Staff, CNA, CMA

Job Summary: Providing a safe, nurturing environment for individuals with intellectual disabilities i.e. autism, down syndrome and other developmental disabilities since 1954, where they can reside and receive supports which promote independence, self-sufficiency, and personal goal attainment. We offer training in life, social, and vocational skills; job opportunities; and varied recreational activities in a family-style, congregate setting. This position is full time. Day and night shifts available. Shifts are 12 hours, working 3 days one week and 4 days the next week with a 3-day weekend every other week. Paid training! Starting pay is $11.00 per hour. After 90 days pay increase to $12.50 per hour. CMA's received a differential of $2.00 per hour. Excellent benefits!
Qualifications: Must be willing to undergo a background check. A valid Oklahoma Drivers License preferred.

Medical Coordinator / LPN

Job Summary: Duties may include but are not limited to: Providing day-to-day nursing care in accordance with current regulations governing an ICF/ MR. Ensuring that all medical needs of the individuals are met. Provide physical assistance as needed. Review all physician notes, orders for residents returning from physician appointments. Provide clients treatments as needed. Audit clients charts. Supervise and schedule CMA's. Train staff on required medical training. Assist with on call and weekend rotation. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Ability to make independent decisions and communicate effectively. Knowledge of medical practices and regulations that pertain to an ICF/MR. Licensed Practical Nurse licensed through the State of Oklahoma. Valid Oklahoma Drivers License. One year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
