In addition to working on skills related to performing specific job tasks, a job coach also helps with interpersonal skills necessary in the workplace. Job Coach's work with the individuals picking up and delivering products and assisting the individuals on job assignments in the community.
Qualifications: Applicant must meet McCall's driving policies, which are: Currently possess a valid OK Drivers License, have a clean driving record, and be at least 23 years of age.
