Job Summary: Act as a role model for individuals with developmental disabilities, implement and monitor goals and behavior programs, assist the residents with preparing food to meet nutritional requirements and be a mentor to the residents in the program. Direct care staff help teach basic living skills such as; cleaning, personal care, medication administration. The Group Home shift is Friday thru Sunday.

Job Summary: The Program Manager provides administrative leadership, direction, and oversight to a residential program serving adults with Developmental Disabilities in residential and supported housing settings. The Director is responsible for hiring, training, personnel management, IP implementation, and maintaining effective relationships. In addition, the Program Manager is a liaison to the families and guardians and case managers and creates and maintains open, effective lines of communication. The Program Manager provides administrative leadership, direction, and oversight to a residential program serving adults with Developmental Disabilities in residential and supported housing settings. The Director is responsible for hiring, training, personnel management, IP implementation, and maintaining effective relationships. In addition, the Program Manager is a liaison to the families and guardians and case managers and creates and maintains open, effective lines of communication.
Qualifications: Previous experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities is required. Successful candidates will also have basic computer experience, good oral and written communication skills, exceptional decision-making skills, strong organizational skills, management skills and flexibility. Job Coach - Yard Crew

Job Summary: Responsible for the Yard Crew individuals. Assist individuals with the landscape and grounds maintenance of McCalls facilities i.e. mow, pull weeds, repair equipment and maintain outside of buildings. Complete required paperwork, assist the individuals with training and meeting their goals.
Qualifications: Must be skilled in areas of general building/equipment maintenance. Valid Oklahoma Drivers License, Certified Job Coach, DDCA or LTC and current CPR/FA. Will provide paid training.
