We offer training in life, social, and vocational skills; job opportunities; and varied recreational activities in a family-style, congregate setting. This position is full time. Day and night shifts available. Shifts are 12 hours, working 3 days one week and 4 days the next week with a 3-day weekend every other week. Paid training! Starting pay is $11.00 per hour. After 90 days pay increase to $12.50 per hour. CMA's received a differential of $2.00 per hour. Excellent benefits!
Qualifications: Must be willing to undergo a background check. A valid Oklahoma Drivers License preferred.

Our ideal candidate will be versatile and independent-minded. The successful leader will have the ability to create, edit and maintain our organization's websites; provide technical support for hardware and software (and training) across our campus; and lead our marketing/social media efforts. SPECIFIC DUTIES: Create and maintain McCallsChapel.com by employing the latest in web design technology and projecting the organization in a positive, modern manner. Establish and maintain a social media presence for the organization by focusing on the multitude of success stories that occur on a daily basis. Assist our staff by maintaining hardware and software in each of our homes insuring staff have the necessary equipment and know-how to digitally document needed information. Be the organization's liaison with our technology vendor, serving as the go-between for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance while simultaneously working to employ best practices. Work with and through the organization's purchasing department to create a reliable inventory process for tracking equipment and scheduling replacement. Assist supervisor in obtaining and preparing data for decision-making, planning and evaluation.
Qualifications: EXPERIENCE: While experience is a plus, the organization is more focused in the successful candidate having the desired innovative, motivated and self-starting qualities. The successful candidate will work a majority of the time remotely. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
